Current Opportunities at Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Join our team at Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and help make a real difference to local people’s health and care experiences.
We are currently recruiting for three rewarding roles across our Partnership Boards and Engagement teams. Each role contributes to ensuring that people’s voices and lived experiences shape the design and delivery of local health and social care services.
Project Manager – Partnership Boards (Full-time, 37 hours per week, hybrid)
This role leads the coordination and development of multiple Partnership Boards and forums, working closely with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities. You will support co-production, enable meaningful involvement of service users and carers, and help embed engagement into decision-making processes. This is an ideal role for someone with strong partnership working experience and a passion for improving systems through lived experience.
Administration Officer – Partnership Boards (Part-time, 24 hours per week, hybrid)
This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to Partnership Boards and Health and Care Forums. You’ll organise meetings, take minutes, manage communications, and support engagement activity. It’s well suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and motivated by helping others to participate and be heard.
Engagement Officer (Part-time, 21–25 hours per week, hybrid)
This role focuses on connecting with communities across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough to gather feedback on health and care services. You’ll plan and deliver engagement activities, build relationships with local groups, and ensure seldom-heard voices are included. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people and making an impact at a community level.
All roles are hybrid, combining home working with time in our offices and out in the community. Some evening and occasional weekend work may be required to support engagement activities and meetings.
