Welcome to our second annual report for Healthwatch Peterborough.

During 2014/15, we built on strong foundations and have taken forward our activities to make a real difference to the services delivered for the people of Peterborough.

We are proud of:

Our Prisoner Engagement project which is now being rolled-out nationally.
The changes made to the local acute trust's a complaints handling process following a report we wrote
Helping to improve services in the Minor Illness and Injury Unit
