Healthwatch volunteer Eunice helps launch new campaign

As NHS and care staff work hard to keep us safe, join our 'Because We All Care' campaign and help them protect people.

Health and social care services are working hard to care for us all in these difficult times. And the way most services are provided has changed to help keep people safe from Covid-19.

Your ongoing feedback is crucial in helping services make sure people get the support they need.

Eunice asks for your help

Eunice, who lives in Peterborough with her NHS doctor husband, understands just how hard our health and social care services are working to keep us safe.

And she's asking you to support our new campaign called 'Because We All Care' which is being run jointly with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and regulating all health and social care services across the country.

It's a follow on from our Covid-19 campaign earlier this year where we heard from more than 1,000 people.  And the experiences they shared helped the local NHS, councils and social care services develop their plans for the winter.

We are in the middle of a second lockdown and the NHS and care teams are working really hard to keep us safe.

Everything you tell us will help our health and care teams respond to the pandemic, protecting people's health and wellbeing now and in the future.

What you say goes back to the people running the health and social care system, so they understand what is working well or what needs to change and why.

Please take part and help improve our local NHS and social care system and make sure everyone gets high quality and safe support.

Have your say and improve services for everybody

We all care about the NHS and social care services. To help improve support for everyone, tell us what you think of your care
