Keeping children safe from harm
We are all responsible to report any concerns if a child’s welfare is in danger. Protecting children is everybody’s business.
If you have a concern, suspicion or allegation that a child is being harmed, abused or neglected you should contact Peterborough Children’s Social Care Team – click here for more information about them.
- Duty Social Worker on 01733 864180
- Out of office hours Emergency Duty Team can be called on 01733 234724.
- Email: referralcentre.children@cambridgeshire.gov.uk
If you think a crime has taken place, call the Police on 101 for non-emergencies or 999 in an emergency.
If you are unsure, you can speak to a helpline, such as the NSPCC and your call will be kept private and confidential
