Help improve services for people with long-Covid

Use your experience of living with long-Covid, or caring for someone with the condition, to help improve services for others by joining an NHS steering group to help with developing a long-Covid service.

The NHS want the service to be easy to access and meet the needs of all patients - so need your input to help them do this.

  • You need to have experienced long-Covid first hand or have cared for someone with long-Covid.
  • You will attend a steering group which will take place every fortnight on Thursdays between 12-1pm until at least early November.

You will be in a meeting with different representatives from across health and social care including the local hospitals, community care providers, health care commissioners and other NHS staff. Meetings will be online.

The next meeting will be held on Thursday 7 October 2021, 12-1pm. And all meetings will be online.

Meetings will run weekly until at least early November.

NHS and social care staff are doing everything they can to keep us well during these challenging times, but there might be things that can be improved.

Your feedback can help services spot issues that are affecting care for you and your loved ones.
